The 10-Week Startup Journey
From "What if?" to "Ready for Market."
Our curriculum guides teams through the exact lifecycle of launching a venture.
Module 1: Introduction We set the stage. Students learn the difference between a school project and a startup. We define the entrepreneurial mindset: resilience, ownership, and the goal of solving real problems.
Module 2: Ideation Ideas are cheap; execution is everything. Students learn how to identify friction in the real world and brainstorm solutions that are viable, feasible, and desirable.
Module 3: Product Development Turning the concept into a reality. Teams define their Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and learn how to prototype—whether it’s a physical good, a service, or an app.
Module 4: Marketing Signal vs. Noise. Teams identify their specific target audience ("The Tribe") and learn how to communicate their value proposition so clearly that it cuts through a crowded market.
Module 5: Sales Marketing gets attention; sales gets commitment. Students learn the art of persuasion, negotiation, and how to convert interest into revenue.
Module 6: Team Building No founder wins alone. We cover the dynamics of a healthy founding team—identifying the "Hustler," the "Hacker," and the "Designer"—and how to lead through conflict.
Module 7: Operations Building the machine. Teams map out exactly how their business functions day-to-day, from supply chains to customer delivery, ensuring the idea is actually executable.
Module 8: Finance The fuel tank. Students learn financial literacy fundamentals: calculating burn rate, understanding unit economics, and building a realistic revenue model that makes sense to investors.
Module 9: Dress Rehearsal The polish. Teams practice public speaking, refine their stage presence, and simulate the pressure of the Q&A session to ensure they are ready for the spotlight.
Module 10: Final Showcase The main event. Teams set up trade show booths to engage with the community and present their final pitch decks to judges for a chance to win funding.
